Phototec Inc. offers a 14-day exchange or refund and/or exchange on most new and non-consumable products.
Restocking fees
Items must be in the same original new condition, free of visible marks, scratches or defects as received including the manufacturer’s original packaging otherwise returns will be subject to a minimum restocking and/or repacking fee that can be up to 25% of the product price. Phototec Inc. reserves the right to determine what the fees will be and can only do so upon receipt and assessment of the item(s).
In-Store Returns
All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and are subject to inspection and return approval by the Phototec manager.
If refunded by credit card or debit, the original cardholder must be present with the card. Refund will be credited back against the original method of payment or to a Gift Card. Cash purchases over $100 will be refunded by cheque and may take up to 5 business days to process.
Online Customers
If your purchase was made online then you have 10 days from the date received to contact Phototec Inc to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.
All items returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
Once the RMA is approved, the customer will arrange for shipping in a timely manner.
Online shoppers also have the option of bringing in the item for an in-store return. See InStore Returns.

You will not be eligible for a refund if the product is lost or damaged during the return shipment. Phototec Inc. can not be held responsible for any shipping or brokerage charges for returning the product to us.
